The club-type family built-up area LETO's FAMILY PARK consists of 15 villas. The concept of love and mother's care has yet again been reflected in the form of the area, which resembles a heart.
The villas have been built keeping in mind the zoning of the territories and are divided into levels (basement, ground floor and first floor), which helps divide the sleeping zone and the multifunctional and general spaces.

The architectural concept of the project was developed by Antreas Ioannou Architects, the leading architectural bureau in Cyprus and has been through through to the smallest details: it was created for those, who value a flawless product and do not want to give up the quality of life that they are accustomed to.

The interiors of the villas are an embodiment of barefoot luxury philosophy. A feeling of tranquility is backed by soft, almost completely imperceptible lighting: spotlights, furniture and cornice backlighting. The texture of the matte stone floor, velvety surfaces, which resemble white sand, the rugged linen of upholstered furniture and the light, almost weightless fabric of the drapery emphasise a colourful mediterranean style.
